I even exported the jail working in my old server, imported it, did the changes required for the fstab for the jail, got it to start, but same thing, appeared to lose connection / DNS. I spun up a new TrueNAS Core 12.0 U8 but it seemed like the jail would lose connection / DNS after OpenVPN connected. My old is running TrueNAS Core 12.0 U8 with transmission plugin running OpenVPN on top with PIA, without issues.
